I was worried reading the book wouldn't be worth it because I had already seen the movie, but there were actually a lot of scenes that weren't in the movie, so I was never "bored" of reading the same story again. I liked this book because I do think it was a good ending to Elle, Lee, and Noah's stories. I think I give this book 2. I quite like The Kissing Booth stories. They are sweet and easy to read. But like the movie this was quite disappointing. There is a bittersweet element to it about the pain of growing up and that big step between leaving your childhood behind and moving forward to your adulthood.
Yet, nothing much happened in the book. All the characters, apart from Noah, were pretty whiny. And I just felt that if they all talked about how they were feeling then all their pro I think I give this book 2. And I just felt that if they all talked about how they were feeling then all their problems would be resolved. Having said that it was quite sweet and it was nice to find out what the kissing booth 3 book goodreads books to Noah, Elle, Lee and Rachel. As I read, sometimes I felt bad for all the characters, but sometimes I was really annoyed by them. Change is hard, and it can cause a lot of rifts between people. It made me sad to see them appearing, but change is inevitable. Though I like Elle and her relationship with the Flynn family, I felt like it started to go stagnant in this book. It made it hard to read sometimes, all the conflict, but it also was realistic in that way. Things are rarely perfect. I found myself liking the ending. Things will change, but not everything. Some things will always be there, and I think that is the kissing booth 3 book goodreads books perfectly. Beth Reekles has grown so much as an author over her time writing The Kissing Booth.
