Also, instead if inserting the cap THEN inserting the brush, slide the cap onto the gliss then put the wand in and tighten until its on completely. I found that this worked from me quite well.
The syringes do get clogged occasionally, just push it back out and suck it back up. Cleaning the little silicone bowl is a bit difficult but some hot water should do it.
