I will say, I don't feel like the portions were correct maybe on my endbecause we didn't get all of the tubes to fill up properly.

The kids had a lot of fun making their own lip balm and they thought it was very cool to use knowing that they had kiss naturals diy lip balm making kit it themselves. They had a great time customizing their balms. The only downsides are that the lip balm came out vey liquidy.
The tube was rather pointless as it was too thin to push up. Also, you can only make very tiny batches as a time. And you must have patience because the beeswax takes much longer to melt than the instructions state. My biggest qualm is that I bought this kit due to the advertisement of everything being natural, but the flavoring included is very strong and artificial. All around it was a fun time and very educational for the kids! I would recommend this project! One person found this helpful. I bought this as a rainy day standby for my six year old, and it worked like a charm! The instructions were written clearly enough for her to get through the majority of the project without help. She was really impressed with how easy it is to make lip balm, and loved the boysenberry aroma.
So far she's made one lip balm, though the kit states you can make two with the included ingredients -- it's nice to be able to work in batches so there's no waste, or so you get extra mileage out of the entertainment factor :. I got this for a homeschool project read article my kids.
